Kruunuvuorenranta Central Quarters is a suggestion for the number one quarter of the new seaside neighborhood. The plan draws from the area’s island feel and nature while enabling the formation of excellent cycling and walking routes in the area. The quarter will become the ‘terminal’ of the area through which people can come and go experience and enjoy the surrounding nature. The special focal points of the plan are accessibility, functional services, user experiences of the area’s customers and residents as well as the creation of an experiential urban environment in the area.
In housing solutions, we have paid particular attention to the natural, probable and desired target groups and their everyday services and functions. This can be seen for example in the floor plans.
The commercial brand of Kruunuvuorenranta center is built around grocery stores but it is polished with a localized profile that attracts visitors and services to the area, also from far. We developed commercial solutions with the area’s communality and the beneficial synergies in mind.
